How do the strategies work?
Our strategies work with NinjaTrader. You will need to install NinjaTrader to use them. You can find instructions on how to install the NT6.5 strategies here and the NT7 strategies here. Each strategy installs a set of documents to a "HappyDev" folder in NinjaTrader's "Custom" folder explaining how to use it. Each strategy also has a section on the HappyDev site with information on features and instructions.
Will you help me with the Installation?
Yes. It takes a couple of minutes to install and run. All we have to know is your machine ID, which comes with each NinjaTrader platform.

Do you offer trials?
Yes! Every strategy has a 14-day free trial period.
Which version of NinjaTrader do you support?
We provide strategies and indicators for use with NinjaTrader v6.5 and v7.
Who supports my strategy?
HappyDev will provide support to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
How long does it take to process an order and to send me my new strategy?
You should typically expect to receive your order within 24 hours. However, during busy periods or at weekends it may take a little longer to process.
I can't find the strategy I am seeking, do you take suggestions for custom strategies?
Yes. If you are looking for something specific, or have an idea for a custom strategy, please email us at info@happydev.net. We will return to you with an estimate usually with 24 hours.
